The Metrc Expert widget icon is conveniently located in the lower right-hand corner of the screen upon login to the Metrc system, so there’s no need to navigate and login to another platform.

Simply click the widget icon to open the pop-up window to begin exploring or minimize to get back to daily activities. By clicking on the widget, self-help resources, guides, FAQs, and live chat features are instantly available. This intuitive interface ensures that information needed can be located easily and quickly. 

Personalized support: 

The “Need Help?” feature allows users to type questions directly into the pop-up window. Metrc Expert then delivers AI-generated responses with remarkable speed and accuracy, helping to resolve issues faster than ever before. 

Comprehensive support guides: 

The Metrc Support Guides section provides access to a wealth of searchable resources. From FAQs to training materials, this knowledge base is designed to help users navigate every aspect of the Metrc system with ease. Users can explore topics such as Plants, Packages, Transfers, and Sales, with detailed guides on each. For instance, the “Plants” section includes extensive information on Immature Plants, helping Cultivators manage inventory more effectively. 

Live chat with Metrc Support: 

The latest feature available in Metrc Expert is the ability to contact support directly through live chat. In addition to submitting a case in the Metrc Support portal, the live chat feature option makes it even easier to get in touch to get questions answered.  

Simply click the “Live Chat with Support” option to open a new dialog box. A prompt will request the username and business license number be entered before the chat begins.
