Last year, Metrc had the honor of being the first cannabis-related company to become Great Place to Work (GPTW) -Certified™. Now, we’re proud to receive that honor for a second consecutive year.

Above all, this recognition comes from our dedicated and second-to-none team of employees, whose hard work is what makes us the most trusted and experienced provider of cannabis regulatory systems in the nation. Our values at Metrc are defined by empowering the members of our team to make the most of their skills and talents, and we’re proud that those efforts resonate with our employees.

It’s humbling to receive this honor once again, and reaffirms the work we do to ensure that everyone who joins our team feels that Metrc is a place where they can grow both personally and professionally, and achieve the goals they set for themselves.

Asked about life at Metrc, 93 percent of our employees said that they believe people at Metrc care about each other, and 92 percent said new employees are made to feel welcome, which is exactly the type of environment we work to foster each and every day.

In total, 84 percent of Metrc employees said it is a great place to work – 25 points higher than at a typical company in the U.S. This type of culture would not be possible without a team that is committed to upholding our organizational values, and which strives to achieve our goals as a group and keep an open mind.
