Kentucky

In March 2023, Governor Andy Beshear signed Senate Bill 47 which legalized medical cannabis as of January 1, 2025. The Kentucky Office of Medical Cannabis administers the Program. The Office has filed regulations establishing the processes and procedures for medical cannabis businesses and registered cardholders. The Office will provide additional information, updates, and memoranda as the program moves forward.

KENTUCKY WELCOMES YOU
